Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Ajopro account, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of Ajopro’s platform, apps, and financial services offered by Rakoomi Inc., a registered PSP under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA).
Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Reside in Canada
- Use your true identity
Ajopro Services
Ajopro provides:
- Contribution-based financial plans
- Position-based early and late beneficiary payouts
- Virtual Reward Card access
- Trust Score calculations
- Early access plans (“Plan Advance”), governed by provincial lending laws
- Ajopro is not a bank and does not charge interest.
Trust Accounts
Your contributions are held in segregated Trust Accounts, separate from Ajopro’s corporate funds, in compliance with RPAA safeguarding rules.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Make contributions on time
- Maintain accurate bank information
- Not engage in identity fraud, chargeback abuse, zoning manipulation, swapping misuse, or card misuse
Plans & Early Access
- “Plan Advance” provides early access to funds for a fixed cost (CORE)
- “Plan Reward” provides completion benefits (CORP)
- “Plan Duo” combines both
- “Plan Boost” restores previously used Reward funds
- Early access is limited — users typically may hold only one active early-access plan at a time
Fees
All plan fees (CORE, Pausing, Swapping, Switching, Cancellation) are published in the Payout & Fee Policy.
Account Freezes
Ajopro may freeze accounts for:
- RPAA-mandated audits
- Fraud review
- Trust discrepancy
- Identity mismatch
Termination
Ajopro may close your account for:
- Policy violations
- Repeated payment failures
- Fraud or misuse
- Zone abuse or community misconduct
Liability
Ajopro is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by banks
- Incorrect deposit information provided by the user
- Losses resulting from unauthorized user behavior
